A hands-on sailing adventure for young explorers in Plymouth Sound.

Join us for an exciting and educational adventure aboard Bounty, the replica launch from Channel 4's series Mutiny. This unique journey gives young explorers the chance to learn about maritime history, local geography and marine ecosystems.

Setting sail from Mount Batten, we head towards historic Drake's Island, taking in Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and the Hoe. Our experienced guides share stories and insights that bring Plymouth Sound's history to life.

This programme is open to all those on Plymouth's Fit & Fed Programme, you will need your code to book. Place are limited to a maximum of 16 sessions per child.

Setting sail from Mount Batten aboard Bounty — the replica launch from Channel 4's Mutiny — young explorers head out towards Drake's Island, learning about Plymouth Sound's maritime history, geography and marine life along the way. We take in Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and the Hoe, with our guides bringing the stories to life.

We depart from the Mount Batten Centre in Plymouth, with free parking on site. Exact directions and a what3words location are sent to you ahead of your trip. Please arrive in good time before departure for your safety briefing and lifejacket fitting.
