We sail from the Bounty & Hope Boat Club at Mount Batten, on the eastern shore of Plymouth Sound. It's a short walk from the Mount Batten Watersports Centre, with free parking on site.

Yes. Bounty is the authentic replica of Captain Bligh’s open launch from Channel 4’s Mutiny, in which Conrad and the crew retraced Bligh’s 3,600-mile open-boat survival voyage across the Pacific. You can watch the series on Channel 4’s online catalogue.
Yes — on the Sail & Wild Swim and Tamar Valley experiences. We’ll find sheltered water suited to conditions on the day. You’ll need to be comfortable swimming 50m in open water. Paddleboards are available to hire on the day.
Yes. The wild camp at Mount Edgcumbe and Sea Forts Cornwall stays include sleeping bags or bedding, shelter, fire and food. For the Sea Forts option, the bell tents are fitted with comfortable beds, bedding, towels and solar-powered power banks.

Bounty is MCA Category 4 licensed and carries up to 7 guests plus crew. Every guest wears a Spinlock Deckvest — the gold standard in sailing lifejackets, trusted on the Vendée Globe and Ocean Race.
We can accommodate guests with accessibility challenges — please enquire before booking so we can plan ahead. Lifejackets for children aged 8–14 are provided. For children under 8, please enquire first before booking.
Safety is paramount. If conditions are unsafe we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund if you can’t make a revised time. To change a booking, just contact us and we’ll update it for you.
Warm jacket and trousers, soft-soled shoes (trainers are ideal), sun hat, sun protection, water bottle and snacks. A changing robe if you plan to swim. Spinlock lifejackets are provided for all guests.

None at all. Conrad and the crew handle everything — you’re welcome to take the helm, raise the sails or simply relax and enjoy the ride. First-time sailors are very welcome on every experience.
